Hydro Drilling in Pilbara

Ranger Drilling has commissioned its new Rig 10 and has started Hydro drilling in the Pilbara.

Working alongside the drill crew is the new Geotechnical team carrying out VWP and TDR installations. The geotechnical installation team takes advantage of a fully automated continuous grouting system, developed in-house by the Ranger Drilling R & D department.

This new technology uses bulk products and push button premixing. This ensures the quality control of the grouting mix and eliminates manual handling. Another innovation from the Ranger Drilling Team.
